I am a Software Manager turned Leadership Coach. I know how tough it is to lead a team on your own. My first year in leadership was chaos.
As a new leader, I faced many challenges in clear communication, setting expectations, delivering constructive feedback, and resolving conflicts within the team. I was overwhelmed, constantly behind, and always just reacting.
But then something clicked. I started using my strengths to find my unique leadership style. I invested in learning core skills of communication, feedback, conflict management, and people development. And guess what? Things turned around. I went from being a reactive leader to a confident one.
Based on my leanings, training, and experience, I developed tools, systems, and frameworks that helped me become a more effective manager and leader.
